A seasoned business leader with more than two decades of top-level security industry experience. His experience includes an impeccable sixteen years of international experience working abroad across East and Southern Africa with international security organizations from bases in Botswana, South Africa and Kenya in providing security solutions and business strategy. His span of international experience includes serving in different business units and regional head of finance roles (for Africa and for East Africa respectively) as well as Managing Director of a Botswana stock exchange listed security company. He has had first hand involvement in delivering large scale contracts for clients in the diplomatic, financial services, mining, retail, hospitality, aviation, oil & gas, education, agriculture and government sectors among others as well as a wide mix of SMEs and individuals.
Michael is a Chartered Accountant, ACMA/CGMA and CA (Mw), and also holds a BCom (Acc.) degree from the University of Malawi.
