A former police officer with 22 years of national security experience with the Malawi Police Service. Retired at Sub Inspector level, Spencer served in various capacities including eight years as a detective trainer at the Police Training School. He holds a Diploma in Security Studies, a Trainers Certificate and Diploma in Behaviour Change.
Spencer is responsible for facilitating and overseeing training for all security staff, ensuring that the uniformed services provided by Atlanto Security meets or exceed the requirements set forth in policy, contracts, procedures, and applicable laws.
